Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River

Zach and I rode the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie river on Saturday. Fun trail, but the upper part always makes me want a full suspension ride again. We rode up the Trail to Dingford Creek, crossed and went up the road to the Dutch Miller trail head, and came back down the trail to Dingford creek again and crossed over to the road to ride back to the start. 30 miles. 3000' of climbing. 5 hours. Sore shoulders from not enough mountain biking.

If you want to see some video that will make you ill from the bouncing, check out Zach's Site.

I ended up with bruised/cracked ribs on left side from fall near Dutch Miller Gap. All those rocks hiding under the foliage. Unfortunately I didn't catch that on video!
Sweet ride and well worth any bruising/cracks/cuts/aches/pains/etc. :P
